Activate လုပ္နည္း

Backup And Synchronization

GoodSync မွာ backup , sync လုပ္ဖုိ  ့ Job တစ္ခု စျပီး create လုပ္ရမွာပါ ။Job တစ္ခု စလုပ္ရင္ backup (or) synchronize လုပ္မွာလားေမးပါလိမ့္မယ္။အဲဒီအတြက္ GoodSync က  backup , sync ႏွစ္ခု ရဲ  ့ ျခားနားခ်က္ကိုု ေျပာျပခ်င္ပါတယ္။

Backup လုပ္တာကေတာ့ တစ္နည္းအားျဖင့္ one way synchronization လုပ္တာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ဥပမာအားျဖင့္ သင့္ကြန္ျပဴတာက  ္ဖုိဒါတစ္ခုကုိ external hard drive တစ္ခု မွာ backup လုပ္မယ္ဆိုပါစို ့။ သင့္ကြန္ျပဴတာက ဖိုဒါကို source folder(or) left side လို ့ေခၚျပီး external hard drive မွာ သိမ္းမယ့္ ဖုိဒါကို destination folder(or) right side လို ့ေခၚပါတယ္။Left side မွာ ဖိုင္တစ္ခု အသစ္တိုးလာရင္ right side မွာ အဲဒီဖိုင္အသစ္ကို သိမ္းေပးမွာပါ။ Right side မွာ ဖိုင္အသစ္တစ္ခု တိုးလာရင္ေတာ့ အဲဒီဖုိင္ကို GoodSync ကေန backup လုပ္တဲ့ အခ်ိန္က်ရင္ ဖ်က္ပစ္မွာပါ။ Left side မွာ ရွိတဲ့ ဖုိင္ေတြပဲ right side မွာ ရွိေနမွာပါ။

Synchronize လုပ္တာကေတာ့ two way ျဖစ္ျပီး left side မွာ ဖိုင္အသစ္တစ္ခု တိုးလာရင္ right side မွာအဲဒီဖုိင္အသစ္ကို သိမ္းေပးမွာျဖစ္ျပီး အျပန္အလွန္အားျဖင့္ right side မွာ ဖိုင္ အသစ္တစ္ခု တိုးလာရင္ left side မွာ ပါ အဲဒီဖုိင္အသစ္ကို သိမ္းေပးမွာပါ။

Backup (or) Synchronize Job တစ္ခု ျပဳလုပ္ျခင္း

Backup (or) Synchronize  job တစ္ခု ျပဳလုပ္ဖို ့ + button ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ။နာမည္ႏွစ္သက္ရာေပးပါ။Backup (or) Synchronize တစ္ခုခု ကို ေရြးေပးျပီး OK ႏွိပ္ပါ။

Left side က browse button ကို ႏွိပ္ျပီး ဖိုဒါတစ္ခု ေရြးေပးပါ။Right side က browse button ကို ႏွိပ္ျပီး ဖိုဒါတစ္ခု ေရြးေပးပါ။

ဖိုဒါ တစ္ခု ကို ေရြးခ်ယ္ႏိုင္သလို ဖိုဒါအမ်ားအျပားကို လည္းေရြးခ်ယ္ႏုိ္င္ပါတယ္။ဖိုဒါအမ်ားအျပားကို ေရြးခ်ယ္ဖို ့ Select multiple items ဆိုတဲ့ check box မွာ အမွန္ျခစ္ေပးပါ။ဒီ feature က advanced user ေတြ အတြက္အသံုးတည့္မွာျဖစ္ျပီးနည္းနည္းရွုပ္ေထြးပါတယ္။

ဖိုဒါေတြ ေရြးျပီးရင္ Analyze ကို ႏွိပ္ျပီး Sync ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ။ဒါဆိုရင္ backup (or) sync ျပဳလုပ္ျပီးပါျပီ။ Auto ကို ႏွိပ္ျပီး အခ်ိန္သတ္မွတ္ျပီး အလို လို backup(or) synchronize လုပ္ခိုင္းႏို္င္ပါတယ္။

ေနာက္အဆင့္မွာ ေတာ့ GoodSync Connect Account တစ္ခု ျပဳလုပ္ရမွာပါ။Computer ID မွာေတာ့ သင့္ကြန္ျပဴတာ ID ရိုက္ျပီးသားျဖစ္ေနပါလိမ့္မယ္။က်န္တဲ့လိုအပ္တာေတြကို ျဖည့္ေပးျပီးအေကာင့္တစ္ခု လုပ္ပါ ။

Right side က browse ကို ႏွိပ္ျပီး GoodSync Connect နဲ ့ခ်ိတ္ဆက္ထားတဲ့ aungkhinemyint (or) remote computer ကို ေရြးခ်ယ္ရမွာ ျဖစ္တဲ့အတြက္ ဘယ္ဘက္က My Computer ေအာက္က GoodSync Connect ကိုေရြးေပးရမွာပါ။ညာဘက္ျခမ္းက aungkhinemyint ကြန္ျပဴတာက sync (or) backup လုပ္ခ်င္တဲ့ ဖိုဒါကို ေရြးေပးရမွာပါ။ျပီးရင္ေတာ့ အဲဒီ ကြန္ျပဴတာႏွစ္လံုးကဖိုဒါႏွစ္ခုကို backup (or) sync လုပ္ႏုိ္င္ပါျပီ။
